Return/Exchange Policy
We are extremely sure that you will never have to return our product or ask for an exchange because we quality check our products before dispatching them. In the odd case, if you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:
Overview
- Products can only be returned within 2 days of delivery. You must email us a picture of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your order. Email product pictures at support@twosoul.co or DM us on Instagram @twosoul.co for a quicker response.
- Our team will receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will have to ship the order back to us at our Delhi warehouse. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All items must be accompanied with the order number, your name and address clearly printed on the outside of the package.
- Upon authorisation of returns, we will offer you an exchange or a gift voucher.
- We will take a timeline of 1 week to initiate the process of the product return. If you have any questions about your return, write to us at support@twosoul.co or DM us on Instagram @twosoul.co for a quicker response.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Two Soul
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways: from our warehouse to the customer’s address and then back to our warehouse for the return.
Two Soul will not reimburse any shipping fees incurred by the customer during the initial purchase or the return process. - Once the order is placed, you cannot cancel the order in any circumstances before receiving the product and if the product is received in good condition then also you cannot cancel the order after delivery.
